Sanjaya-Bad, Jordin-Good

His version of You Really Got Me was worse than John Stevens interpretation of Crocodile Rock (the show’s absolute low point) in season 3.
Otherwise, the show had some solid moments. Jordin was amazing. I know the judges were saying Melinda wrapped up the show with the night’s best performance, but I think she took a close second to Jordin. Man was Jordin good.
Blake was damn good too. I thought I’d be sick of his beatboxing shenanigans by now, but he has found a way to keep it fresh (and did you see Ryan trying to get down with the Blake style? Funny stuff.)
As I mentioned before, I couldn’t stand Sanjaya’s performance. God was he bad. So was Phil. Both of them need to take a couple of classes at the school of rock. Until then, no rock (or roll) for you!
Gina’s performance fell a little short too, but I think that had more to do with song choice than anything. Paint it Black. The Stones could barely do that song.
So here’s my pick. It’s going to come down to Phil and Sanjaya in the final two (with Stephanie rounding out the top 3).
And, based on last night’s performance (and not on the crying girl in the audience - by the way, what was up with that?) Sanjaya will be exiting tonight.
Now, I haven’t been right once this season, so don’t place any bets with my predictions. Just watch the results show tonight at 8 p.m. and enjoy!
Watch here to see how bad it really was!

Your comments are just the way I would have called it. Will we be right?

Nope...Close but no cigar! Sanjaya has got to go. Parents of 14-year-olds, lock them up next tuesday night! It's time to send Sanjaya packing!
