Sleater-Kinney calling it quits

The alternative rock group Sleater-Kinney announced yesterday they will be calling it quits after 11 years after their tour ends in Chicago on Aug. 4.
"We feel lucky to have had the support of many wonderful people over the years," the group wrote on its Website." We want to thank everyone who has worked with us, written kind words about us, performed with us, and inspired us."
The group released its last CD, The Woods, on Sub Pop records in 2005. Here's a sample off of that album courtesy of Sub Pop.
