Clay has sold millions of cds more than Ruben; toured at least 7 times to sold-out audiences from medium venues (Clay's choice for a more intimate setting) to larger venues. Ruben has played to audiences no larger than maybe 800-1,000; with many of those tickets given away by radio stations and usually with other headliners. Clay has appeared in the media: tv, magazines, radio, etc. many, many times more than Ruben. This PROVES, as a lot of people now realize, Clay was the real winner of AI2 and is a true IDOL in the sense that the producers of AI were looking for in the first place. If a producer admitted Clay was receiving 80 percent of the vote EVERY WEEK HE WAS ON-Game Over, Idol Found!!!!! No one from AI-losers or winners, excepting for Kelly, maybe, has come close to being an 'IDOL'.
